[vc_row][vc_column][moon_section_header heading=”TERMS & CONDITIONS” separator_style=”separator-none”][vc_column_text]Your contract with us is subject to these Booking Terms and Conditions for the property known as Titanic Guest & Titanic The Lady (“the Property”).  References to “you” or “your” are references to the person making the booking and all members of the holiday party.

These Booking Terms and Conditions form the basis of your contract with us so please read them carefully and in full.  These Booking Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.[/vc_column_text][moon_accordion][moon_accordion_item title=”If we cancel or amend your booking”]1.1 We would not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and we may have to make amendments or, very occasionally cancel bookings. If this does happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practical and inform you of the cancellation or the change to your booking and, if it is necessary to cancel your booking. We will refund the balance of any money you have paid us in this instance.[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Check In and Check Out at the Property”]2.1 You may arrive at your accommodation between [15:00] and [16:00] hours on the Arrival Date of your holiday and you must leave by [11:00] hours on the Departure Date. Please advise us of your anticipated arrival time, and any changes to this, so our representative can meet you at the property.

2.2 If you fail to arrive by midday on the day after the Arrival Date and you do not advise the contact of your anticipated late arrival we may treat the booking as having been cancelled by you and you may lose your payment.

2.3 When you are leaving the property you must leave the keys as you have been instructed. You must adhere to the room/property checkout times, however upon request you may be able to leave your luggage in a designated area inside the property. Belongings/luggage must not be left in the bedrooms after the checkout time.
[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Leaving early”]3.1 Once you have begun your stay, should you decide to leave the property before the agreed departure date, we are unable to provide a refund and you will be charged for the agreed dates. You are however required to inform us should you be leaving the property early as we need to ensure the property is secure at all times.
[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Your Obligations”]4.1 You agree to comply with the house rules and regulations reasonably made and ensure that they are observed by all members of your party. House rules are displayed in the Property.

4.2 You agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, clean and in good condition at all times. You must keep all communal areas clear and clean throughout your stay, and leave the property for others as you would expect to find it.

4.3 You agree neither to cause any damage to the walls, doors or windows of the Property nor to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance or annoyance to us or to any other occupier of adjoining or neighbouring properties.

4.4 YOU MUST MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO KEEP THE PROPERTY SECURE AT ALL TIMES. IN AN EMERGENCY YOU MUST CALL 999 AND THEN ALSO REPORT THE INCIDENT TO US.

4.5 ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED TO US BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.

4.6 You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard yourself and any of your personal property. We can accept no liability for any personal injury within the grounds of the property that is a result of your negligence. We cannot accept any liability for the loss or damage to any of your personal belongings during the duration of your stay.

4.7 You agree to ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).

4.8 YOU CANNOT ALLOW MORE PEOPLE to stay in the Property than expressly authorised, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property.

4.9 No pets (except guide dogs) are allowed on the premises.

4.10 NO SMOKING ANYWHERE INSIDE THE PREMISES, STRICTLY NO DRUGS, EXCESSIVE DRINKING, PARTIES, OR ANY ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. NO NOISE OR ANYTHING THAT MAY DISTURB THE NEIGHBOURS WILL BE ALLOWED AND ESPECIALLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11.00PM AND 7.00AM AS PER THE LAW.

4.11 If you do not follow these rules, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or we can request that you leave the property immediately. We will treat any of the above stated circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you AND THERE WILL NOT BE ANY REFUND AND YOU WILL LOOSE THE FULL DEPOSIT.

4.12 You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs and maintenance.
[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Fire Safety”]5.1 There are suitable fire extinguishers in the property, however you must take every effort to prevent any fires within the property. You must call 999 in the event of a fire and also notify us.

5.2 You must not light candles, smoke, or have any flammable goods inside the property. You must take every precaution especially while cooking to prevent the possibility of a fire.
[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Complaints”]6.1 Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable stay. If however, you have any cause for complaint it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible. It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. Discussion of any criticisms with us whilst you are still in residence will enable shortcomings to be rectified promptly. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (for example, regarding preparation or heating of the Property) cannot possibly be investigated unless registered whilst you are in residence.

6.2 If any complaint cannot be resolved during your holiday, you must put your complaint in writing to us and within 28 days of your Departure Date.
[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Our liability”]7.1 Our maximum liability for losses you suffer as a result of us acting in breach of these Terms and Conditions is strictly limited to £150.00 and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
7.2 You must have your own insurance policy.
7.3 This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Law”]The contract between you and us is governed by the law of Northern Ireland and we both agree that any dispute, matter, or other issue which arises between us will be dealt with by the Courts of Northern Ireland.
