[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”What time can I check in?”]From 3pm, but if you get here early, you can book one of our early check in options![/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”When do I need to check out?”]11 am. Fancy a lie-in? Stay until as late as 6pm and only pay £5/€10/$10 per hour (subject to availability).[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”What is your cancelation policy?”]All pre-paid bookings are non-refundable. We’re really sorry but if you cancel a booking, don’t turn up for your booking or the hotel denies check-in to a person not accompanied by you, we will not be able to refund your money.

Reservations on Standard policy may be modified or cancel up until 5 days, after that is non-refundable.

Reservations made with a corporate account must be guaranteed with a credit or debit card at time of booking. Once confirmed your reservation may be cancelled as per your company agreement. Cancellation after your company agreement or failing to arrive for your stay means you will be charged for the first night of your stay.[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Can I change my booking?”]Subject to availability, changes to the travel dates of a pre-paid booking can be made by calling us at +44(0)28 9521 5656, plus a small any rate difference.

If you are less than one day from your arrival date you can change your booking directly with us until 3pm on the day before arrival by calling us at +44(0)28 9521 5656. After that time no changes can be made.[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Can I buy a gift voucher?”]Why give an ordinary present, when you can give an experience they won’t forget. Give the gift of travel! You can buy them online here or call into reception and we’ll get you sorted.[/moon_accordion_item][moon_accordion_item title=”Where can I use my gift voucher?”]Our Multiple Use Monetary Gift Vouchers can be exchanged for any service within the us, including overnight stays, spa treatments and tours.
The “Experience” Gift Vouchers must be used for the experience stated on the voucher. These are subject to availability and terms and conditions apply.
